NOTE: The times you add to the contract are "tentative" and can be changed any time up until six weeks prior to the wedding.
The SUA Advancement Office reserves the right to schedule a Cincinnati Police Officer and SUA Wedding Coordinator based on times provided on the original contract if the bride fails to communicate final details.
- Two months prior to your wedding, the SUA Alumnae Office will send a reminder email to confirm final wedding details, including time frames and ceremony details.
- Please communicate with your priest, florist, musicians and any other vendors the time frames chosen by the alumna bride, as this will be the earliest anyone will be welcome at the SUA Chapel.
- Brides & Vendors: For appointments to view the SUA Chapel, please contact the SUA Alumnae Office with two convenient dates and times during regular business hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
