  ADMINISTRATION POSITION - Senior Director of Equity, Inclusion and Student Life
Saint Ursula Academy of Cincinnati, Inc. seeks a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Director of Equity, Inclusion and Student Life (SDEISL).  This position serves as a catalyst to promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and belonging in accordance with our mission statement and core values. The SDEISL provides strategic and programmatic leadership for inclusive initiatives that advance belonging and well-being within social, academic, and intellectual life by recognizing, educating, creating, and implementing plans to promote equity and inclusion within the SUA community; specifically, the development and implementation of an inclusive curriculum and student programming and for the Saint Ursula Academy community. This is a full-time, 12-month position, and reports directly to the Principal.

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated strengths and success in leading and managing people, projects, processes, and change with a genuine desire to empower, and motivate others.  Applicants must submit a resume with a cover letter. The letter should detail how the applicant’s education and experience make her or him ideal for this position.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
