A Saint Ursula student spends four years focused on formation of her whole self, embracing the spirit of Saint Angela Merici, foundress of the Ursuline order of Sisters. At Saint Ursula, the development of a young woman as a person is just as important as her development as a student. That’s why we created the Academy Alum Program.
The Academy Alum Program at Saint Ursula Academy details four roles we hope every student is prepared to assume in our communities: Thinker, Leader, Nurturer, and Prophet. By using one as the school’s yearly focus, every student is exposed to programming for all four roles before graduation.
Beginning when each student is a freshman, Saint Ursula works in partnership with her parents or guardians, providing her with the tools she needs to advance to the next stage of her life with complete confidence in her preparedness. The Academy Alum is prepared to learn, has the ability to lead, is ready to serve, eager to witness, and committed to faith. She is ready to continue her growth as a thinker, leader, nurturer, and prophet.
