Saint Ursula Academy is honored to be named one of the Best Workplaces in Ohio by Ohio Business Magazine for 2023. The magazine editors selected 67 businesses, non-profits, and organizations, large, medium, and small that demonstrate what makes Ohio a great place to work.
Ohio Business Magazine shares “From generous benefits and, dare we say, fun offices to serious commitment to the betterment of employees and the communities these workplaces reside in, the Best Workplaces in Ohio each demonstrate a lot of wonderful qualities to current and potential future employees.”
After receiving its nomination, Saint Ursula was asked to provide details about its workplace, benefits, and interactions with the community. A magazine committee then selected the winners.

Saint Ursula is proud to have exceptional teachers and staff members who not only work to educate young women of faith, integrity, and courage who are committed to building a better world but are supportive colleagues too. The student experience and impact is so significant, many alumnae come back to their alma mater as professionals. Nearly 20 alumnae work as faculty/staff members, plus even more serve as alumnae coaches.
