It was a night filled with sparkle and fun at Saint Ursula Academy as SUA hosted its annual fundraiser, SUA Palooza. The theme this year was Bejeweled: A Shimmering Soiree, which blended a little bit of country and a little bit of pop and soul. Guests came dressed in sparkle and bling and some cowboy boots too, to help Saint Ursula raise money during its premier annual fundraising event. The event benefits every student at Saint Ursula Academy by funding costs not covered by tuition and other operating expenses.
Guests included parents, alumnae, past parents, current students, faculty, staff, and friends. They all enjoyed delicious dinner-by-the-bite from Funky’s catering, a large silent auction, raffles, games of chance, and live music by the band 2nd Wind. Students Lucy Steinert '26 and Lena Garr '24 spoke to the crowd about the values of their education and their personal experiences at SUA. By the end of the night, the dance floor was hopping!
“We love seeing our community turn out in force for a fun and important night,” said Saint Ursula Academy President Lelia Keefe Kramer ’77. “This event helps us continue to provide the best educational experience for girls in grades 9-12 and allows us to stay at the forefront of high school education. Thanks to everyone who helped make it a big success!”
