Cincinnati, Ohio, March 13, 2014 – 24 students from Saint Ursula Academy brought home multiple honors after competing in the 2014 OJCL State Convention in Columbus, Ohio.
The students competed against 800 other students from 27 other schools across the State of Ohio. The St. Ursula Classics Club is led by Kathy Hammond, St. Ursula Latin Teacher, OJCL/NJCL Sponsor, and Classics Club Moderator. As a club, the students earned the following recognition:
-Best School Spirit at the General Assembly on Sunday
-Superior Rating on the Club Banner (3rd Place Overall)
-Excellent Rating on the Club Commercial
-Excellent Rating on Service Hours Completed
-Good Rating on the Club ScrapbookGood Rating on the Club Music Video
