I can't get to any sites on the web

Click on Internet Explorer, once you get the message that the page can not be displayed click on the “Tools”  (on the top menu bar) then Internet Options, Connection tab, Lan Settings tab, then she should uncheck the “use Proxy Server” and click ok.  Close Internet Explorer and then open it again.
