My tablet won't shut down.

On the left side of the keyboard is the off/on button.  Slide the button towards you and hold it until the tablet shuts down.

On some occasions, it is necessary to unplug the tablet from the power supply and pop the battery out to turn it off.  Remove the external battery first.  The internal battery is accessible by flipping the tablet over and sliding the button with the battery on it.
