Cincinnati, Ohio, March 13, 2018 - 23 Saint Ursula students traveled to Columbus to take part in the annual Ohio Junior Classical League (OJCL) convention over the weekend. While there, they competed against 750 other students from 27 schools in graphic arts, creative arts, performing arts, academic testing, club projects, and spirit competitions. This was an outstanding year for the entire SUA group who earned numerous awards!
OJCL is an entirely student run organization. The JCL is designed to be this way all the way to the National level and all conventions, both state and national, are planned and executed by students. Every award earned is due to student's own initiative and leadership. There are hundreds of projects that the girls can choose to do and each category differs in the amount of entries from 20 to 500+.
Below is the entire list of awards earned by Saint Ursula Academy students.
