St. Ursula Academy celebrated Black History Month with a delicious soulfood lunch prepared and served by the members of St. Ursula's Parents of African American Daughters (PAAD), on Feb. 7. Soul food favorites on the menu included fried chicken, collard greens, green beans, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, cornbread and various desserts including sweet potato pie. The food was served throughout all the lunch periods for the students, faculty and staff. Full dinners were $5 and individual dishes were .50 - $1.00. All proceeds went to the ongoing diversity programs at St. Ursula.
