French 4 Honors and AP French Language

French 4 Honors: Read Chapters 1-8, pp. 5-42 in L’esprit de famille by Janine Boissard. Write answers to the accompanying comprehension questions found on pp. 84-85.

AP French Language: Read Chapters 1-9, pp. 5-64 in Jean de Florette by Marcel Pagnol. Write answers to the accompanying comprehension questions found on pp. 106-108. This work needs to be done prior to the start of class in January. If you took French 4 Honors in Terms 1 and 2 of 2008, you should be doing this work over the summer in order to maintain your proficiency. If you are taking French 4 Honors in Terms 1 and 2 of 2009, you will need to find a time frame that works for you to complete this assignment.
