Annuity Rates to decline in July - ACT NOW The American Council on Gift Annuities announced that the suggested rates on Gift Annuities will decrease effective July 1, 2008 due to economic conditions. If you are considering this type of charitable gift you will receive higher payments if the gifts is completed by July 1, 2008.
