The St. Angela Merici Society
An honored society of alumnae, parents, parents of alumnae, grandparents and
friends whose members make an annual gift of one thousand dollars or more to St.
Ursula Academy in support of the mission of educating young women to be women of
faith, integrity and courage.
The St. Angela Merici Society members provide important unrestricted dollars to
partner with the Academy in providing the best education for the young women as
they prepare to be women of faith, integrity and courage to meet the future with
moral values and standards of excellence.
You participate in a great tradition of philanthropy and learning when you

The St. Angela Merici Society
All alumnae, parents, parents of alumnae, grandparents and friends of
St. Ursula Academy are invited to become members of the St. Angela
Merici Society, leaders of the Annual Fund.
The Academy’s mission and vision originate in the life and teachings of
St. Angela Merici, foundress of the Ursuline Sisters. This 16th-century
visionary had the courage to create a new way of life for women in the
Church. Her Christ-centered spirit is the bedrock upon which the
Academy’s mission stands — to prepare women of faith, integrity, and
courage.
St. Ursula Academy is a leader among the best all-girls Catholic,
college prep high schools in the city. The Academy has been very blessed
to have amazing benefactors and friends in its history of almost 100
years who partner with the administrators, faculty and staff in
continuing the UNSTOPPABLE
tradition of excellence. As a member of the St. Angela Merici Society,
you will join the ranks of thousands of investors who believe in the
mission of the education of the young women who have been entrusted to
us. Your gift provides essential funding to the operating budget which
supports academic programs, faculty salaries, physical plant needs,
library acquisitions, athletic programs, the arts and financial aid,
just to name a few areas.
