Annual Magazine Drive

 The Primary order turn in days are on Thursdays; September 2nd, 9th, and 16th.  Turn in orders in the cafeteria at lunch and pick up your prizes. 

 We need your support:  With your help our current magazine project will be successful in raising money needed for worthwhile activities and programs.

 all athletes are required to turn in 3 magazine orders. (All 2 for 1 offers count as 1 order.)

Payment:  For orders placed on the forms in the magazine catalog, please make checks payable to St. Ursula Academy.  (Checks or cash must accompany all orders.  Coupons should be stapled to the white copy of the order form.)

Delivery:  Please allow a minimum of 12 weeks after your subscription has been sent to the publisher for your first copy to arrive (faster with online orders).  If you have any questions or concerns, please call 800 284-9711 or visit the APHearst web site at www.aphearst.com.

Let us earn a share:  Thousands of dollars that could benefit our school are lost because people subscribe to magazines through publishers.  St. Ursula Academy will earn 40% profit on each order.

In addition to the regular Magazine Sale Prizes already outlined we want to introduce the homeroom prizes.

                    Eight homeroom prizes will be awarded:

Four (4)  First Place and four (4) second place. These will be further broken down by class, example:

First and second place seniors

First and second place juniors

First and second place sophomores

First and second place freshman

 

If you are the first or second homeroom in your grade level to reach 100% as described by your homeroom representative you will win one the following prizes.

 Top Prize - each person (student and teacher) in the homeroom will get a special SUA top dawg t-shirt and a lunch time special pizza party.

Second Prize - each person (student and teacher) in the homeroom will get a special order coffee to be delivered in their homeroom.
