August 20th - Dawg Day (8:30am- 2:30pm)  

This day long program allows potential students to experience the excitement and activity of the Saint Ursula education! Bring your friends and imagine yourselves at the Academy next fall! Special parent coffee and Q&A session from 9:00am- 10:00am.

September 13th – December 13th Shadow Program
The shadow program allows potential students to attend a day of class with a current students. See how the tablet is used in class, check out the lunch room, and meet future teachers!

September 13th- December 13th Coffee Break
While the students can spend a day, parents can get some coffee and some information! The morning you drop your daughter off for her shadow, sign up to meet with Director of Admissions, Sarah Catlin, for coffee (or tea!). Take a tour, ask some questions, and get information to discuss with your daughter when she finishes her shadow. Can’t come the morning of her shadow date? No problem, schedule a coffee break ANY morning that suits your schedule. Email Sarah Catlin at scatlin@saintursula.org.

Oct. 13, 28 Nov. 16, Dec 6 Showcase Nights (6:30pm to 8:30pm)

These 2 hour programs will "showcase" the many parts of the Saint Ursula education. Get inside information on academic programs, extracurricular activities, community service, and college guidance!

November 7th Open House (10:30am-1:00pm)

Take an in-depth look at all Saint Ursula has to offer. Classrooms will be open with our distinguished faculty engaging you in 21st Century Education! Tour the school and get all your questions answered.
 

November 19th Due date for application and test registration
 

November 20th High School Placement Test at St. Ursula (8:30am- 12:30pm)
 

December 6th Last date to postmark Financial Aid Applications
 

January 7th Decision letters mailed to all applicants and Financial Aid Awards and Merit Grants are announced
 

January 15th Mass of Distinction is for all accepted Honors Students and their families.
 

January 22nd Enrollment contract and deposit due (7:30am- 3:30pm)
 

February 15 or 17 Enrolled student and families attend course a selection night.
 

April 13th SPRING into SUA
This program is designed to give all incoming freshman and their families a head start on "learning the ropes" at SUA. Presentations by students, faculty and current parents along with tours to the "must know" places will help everyone in their transition to the SUA community.
 

May 20 SUA Opening Day!
This fantastic event is open to all current 6th and 7th grade students. Join current students in an evening of games, arts and crafts, a great "ballpark" dinner and a chance to bond with students from all over the city!
