2007-2008 Admission Checklist

Register your daughter for the Entrance/Scholarship Test on Saturday, November 17, 2007.  The fee for the Entrance/Scholarship Test is $25.

Complete the application form and mail it to:  St. Ursula Academy Admissions Office, 1339 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati, OH 45206.  The application deadline for LD candidates is Friday, November 2, and for all other candidates is Friday, November 16 at 8:00 a.m.  (Click here for Acceptance Procedures.)

Complete the Release of Records Form and mail it to your daughter’s current school.

Join us for our Open House on Sunday, October 21, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Schedule a visit day for your daughter at SUA.  Eighth grade girls can visit Monday – Friday, from September 10 – December 12, 2007.  Reserve her visit early by calling Michelle Vonderhaar at 961-3410 ext. 183.

September 10 – December 12 - School-day campus visits

Sunday, October 21 - OPEN HOUSE  11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Late October - Financial aid packets available online or in the SUA  switchboard office           

Friday, November 2 - Application deadline for LD candidates

Saturday, November 17 - Entrance/Scholarship Test  8:30 a.m.– 12:30 p.m.

Friday, November 16 - Application deadline at 3:00 p.m.

Friday, November 30 - Financial aid application deadline

Friday, January 4, 2008 - Decision letters are mailed to candidates and scholarship recipients announced

Friday, January 11, 2008 - Financial aid awards are announced

Friday, January 18, 2008 - Students and Parents are invited to accept offers of admission between 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with the required $600 non-refundable deposit  and a signed enrollment contract.  Deposits will only be accepted in person, not by mail and not after 3:00 p.m.
