Student Council Election Handbook

§ The Student Council Election Handbook offers a timeline, tips, detailed information, and the Student Council Constitution of St. Ursula Academy. You are expected to read the handbook and Page 9 of the Student Council Election Handbook must be signed and dated by all candidates and emailed to Ms. Walsh by Aug. 30, 2007.

Candidate Evaluation

§ Candidates complete the upper portion of evaluation and return with completed application packet to Ms. Walsh by Aug. 30, 2007.

§ Evaluations will also be assessed by administration and faculty for each candidate

Candidate Presentations –candidates must use the following PowerPoint templates for their presentations (special instructions for presentations)

Make certain you use the exact headings, and only those headings, for your PowerPoint presentations. Tips and ideas for presentations

(Go to Edit and select “edit slides” and then do a “save as” to save template to your computer. Then design and complete—remember just four minutes per candidate!)

§ Each candidate is limited to a 2-3 minute presentation.

§ Candidates must address topics in template but may be creative in design
