Represents class to Student Council and Student Council to classo
Initiate projects within the classo
Calls, conducts, and sets agenda for meetingo
Appoints representatives for special duties and is responsible to oversee the completion of these duties.o
Must call class officers’ meetings at least once a montho
Works in cooperation with class moderatorso
Collects and turn in funds to class moderator raised by classo
Post minutes for class activities and keep calendar up-to-dateo
Represents homeroom to Student and Student council to homeroomo
Initiates and conducts homeroom activities in cooperation with homeroom teachero
Be Responsible for giving and posting information to homeroom from Student Council meetingso
Acts with integrity, enthusiasm, and to be supportive of all events at St. Ursula Academy
Additional duties and expectations of all Student Council leaders
o
Set agenda and calendaro
All Student Council leaders are required to participate in Open House in November, Student Council dances and events, concerts, plays, athletic events, magazine drive, Victorian Christmas, freshmen orientation, etc.o
Act as liaison to administration and communityo
Have power to initiate a committeeo
Work in cooperation with the moderatorso
Commit to the philosophy and mission statement of ST. URSULA ACADEMY.o
Be Familiar with the teachings of ST. ANGELA MERICI.o
Lead by example.o
Be Responsible for opening day mass.o
Support and attend all religious services.o
Be Familiar with the Student Handbook.o
Follow the uniform code.
