St. Ursula Academy Community Service
Immersion Service Experiences

·        Appalachian Delivery Trips:

The Appalachian delivery trips are outreach programs designed to serve the needs of the community in and around Smith, Kentucky.  There will be 2 trips in which the St. Ursula community collects a variety of items from food to personal care products and delivers them to the Lucy’s Martin Fork Interfaith Center.  While there, students visit with the people in the community and help to rehab homes for disabled or elderly residents.

Open to all grades, priority given to upperclassmen.

·        Summer Mission Trips:

We offer four Summer Mission Trips which focus on serving communities in Cincinnati, Appalachia, Montana, and New York City.  They are normally for one week in June.  We hope to increase the number of opportunities available to students in the future.  More information will be announced as it becomes available.

Open to Sophomores and Juniors.
